I take a holistic perspective of what my life coaching clients require. I understand that people new to coaching and therapy need to feel safe, valued, heard, and understood so they can learn to trust not only me, but themselves, and the entire coaching process. I have been coaching for six years and have assisted a wide range of clients with their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual concerns. I deeply respect where the client is at in their lives and start the coaching process from that point. Additionally, I aim to pace the experience according to my client's preferences and never try to impose my will or wants above the client. I also understand that change is a process that is dynamic, with many moving parts and must be approached with care in the coaching process. I help my clients to think clearly about what change means to them and then gently nudge them in the right direction. Beyond using coaching models, goals, and techniques, my first priority is to establish a trusting working alliance with clients so they can feel someone is on their side as they embark on the journey to change their lives. Once trust is established, then we may make use of specific skills and techniques to fine-tune the process.

Ingeniero industrial de profesión apasionado por el desarrollo humano, tengo una maestria en Desarrollo Organizacional y Cambio, cetificación ACC por ICF con 300 horas de formación y 100 horas de practica; ademas cuento con 100 horas en estudios en enneagrama y he estudiado un diplomado en Arquetipos de Carl Jung y tratamientos sistémicos. Mi busqueda espiritual inicia en el año 2010, en donde participe en diferentes entrenamientos de meditación, talleres de desarrollo pesonal, constelaciones familiares, maestría en sueños etc.. Entre los cuales me encontré con maestros que fueron discípulos directos de OSHO, Berthellinger, Ginger Lapid-Bogda, Elena Espinal, entre otros. Actualmente me encuentro estudiando la maestría en Dirección de Capital Humano y soy responsable de Recursos Humanos en una planta manufacturera de envases para la industria de bebidas.
