Working from Home Challenges

Our psychological wellbeing at work has undoubtedly been impacted through 2020, with most knowledge workers in various #WFH scenarios. Our BOLDLY users have turned to their coaching and mentoring relationships to reinforce their mental toolkits, and double-down on skill development to not only survive this year, but accelerate out of it.

One of our BOLDLY users commented: "Work has become more demanding given the uncertainties we’re confronting. How do you create more boundaries between work and personal life to maintain health and mental wellbeing? How can we limit use of screens when it’s the main way to work and connect with people?" These questions about boundaries and new ways of working deserved exploring further. We address this question and more:
